Praca podejmuje temat Kościoła w ujęciu Kardynała Mariana Jaworskiego. Pierwszy rozdział opisuje osobę i kontekst eklezjalny Jaworskiego. Drugi rozdział omawia podstwowe prawdy o Kościele. Trzeci rozdział przedstawia strukturę Kościoła. Czwarty ukazuje drogę Kościoła ku eschatologicznej pełni.

This work undertakes the theme of the Church in the perspective of Cardinal Marian Jaworski. The first chapter describes the person and the ecclesial context of Jaworski . The second chapter discusses basic truths about the Church. The third chapter presents the structure of the Church. The fourth chapter shows the way of the Church toward eschatological fullness.
