    Tematem rozprawy jest problematyka kobiecości i płci w prozie Leo Lipskiego. Głównym celem pracy jest weryfikacja prawdziwości dwóch głównych tez; obecności w tekstach autora "Piotrusia" obrazu kobiecości, który może być odczytywany w kontekście archetypicznego wizerunku Magna Mater (Wielkiej Bogini) oraz istnienia dającej się wywieść z utworów pisarza unikalnej koncepcji odnowy świata przez literaturę. Rozprawa ma dwudzielną formę. Część I zatytułowana "Wieczna kobiecość" została poświęcona pierwszemu z zagadnień, natomiast część II "Świat(a) od-nowa" traktuje o drugim z poruszanych problematów. Obie części, mimo iż różniące się zakresem podejmowanych w nich zagadnień i poruszające różne aspekty pisarstwa Lipskiego, łączy tematyka kobiecości; czy to uobecniająca się w próbach uchwycenia jej unikalnego charakteru poprzez analizy żeńskich bohaterek utworów Lipskiego oraz zestawienia ich z bohaterami męskimi, czy też ujmowana paradoksalnie, w kontekście jej braku. Praca została zakończona próbą usytuowania prozy Leo Lipskiego na tle nowoczesnego dyskursu feministycznego. Do tekstu dysertacji dołączono suplement "Somatobiografia Leo Lipskiego, czyli historia ciała utrwalonego w tekście". Stanowi on kontynuację oraz rozszerzenie niektórych wątków poruszanych w treści wywodu podstawowego. The subject of the dissertation is the issue of femininity and gender in the prose of Leo Lipski. The main objective of the work is to verify the truthfulness of two main theses: the presence in the author's texts of "Piotrus" of an image of femininity, which can be read in the context of the archetypal image of Magna Mater (Great Goddess) and the existence of a unique concept of world renewal through literature, derived from the writer's works. The dissertation is divided into two parts. Part I, titled "Eternal femininity", is dedicated to the first issue, while Part II, "World(s) anew", deals with the second of the discussed problems. Although both parts differ in terms of the scope of issues addressed and different aspects of Lipski's writing, they are connected by the theme of femininity. Whether it is manifested in attempts to capture its unique character through analyses of female characters in Lipski's works and juxtaposing them with male characters, or paradoxically, in the context of its absence. The work concludes with an attempt to situate Leo Lipski's prose in the context of modern feminist discourse. Included with the dissertation text is a supplement titled "Somatobiography", or the history of the body immortalized in text. It continues and expands on some of the topics discussed in the main exposition.
